An interview should be focused solely on the qualifications and professional knowledge of the individual that is needed to perform the job and should not take into account any derogatory considerations based on them as a person. Once an employee is working, fair opportunities should be given in terms of salaries, hours of employment, type of work to be performed and progress within the business.
